- Two passport size photographs
- Proof of relationship (Birth certificate, marriage certificate).
- Copy of sponsor’s Iqama
- Copy of the candidate iqama
- Iqama and extended return dates information (Issue and expiry date)
- Letter from the sponsor’s company.
