Extended return requirements

• Passport with two blank pages facing each other
• Two passport size photographs
• Proof of relationship (Birth certificate, marriage certificate).
• Copy of sponsor’s Iqama
• Copy of the candidate iqama
• Iqama and extended return dates information (Issue and expiry date)
• Letter from the sponsor’s company.
